About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi,

I need to confirm that a person who is a chinese citizen when the person wants to get the chinese passport, the person has to go through the medical checkup and if has an infectious disease the person will not be allowed to travel outside china.

Physical examination is not required when he/she applys for Chinese passport. But he/she may be required one when travel abroad, and the specific requirement for that may differ from nations.
