Is it possible to take a tour of the new container terminal on the islands just off Shanghai? Is the 32 km bridge linking the terminal to Shanghai open to the public?

Thanks Mr Yiwualibaba for your assistance - do you know if we can drive in a private car or take a taxi or go by public bus across the Donghai bridge?
And I was wondering if the Yangshan port container terminal has any tours of the facility open to the public.

You could either take a taxi, drive in a private car or take Yangshan Special Line to accross the Donghai Bridge to arrive at Yangshan Port sightseeing area, which was officially opened to tourists for sightseeing on 2007/09/22. There are sightseeing platforms there.

My pleasure . The foreigners in China can not use the international driving licence unless you take a test and change it to Chinese licence .
There is only very several bus will cross that bridge. that is the cheapest way . let me check and come back to you again.
