About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Can I collect the Airport Express travel pass at Hong Kong Airport?

Hi,

I would like to check if I purchase Airport Express pass via the internet, am I able to collect the ticket at the airport? The website only states collection of tickets are at at "Airport Express Customer Service Centre of Tsing Yi, Kowloon or Hong Kong Station."

Yes, the pass should be collected at one of three stations above. No ticket is required when boarding the train at the Airport Station. Simply present a copy of the "Order Confirmation"/"Order History", your Hong Kong Identity Card / Passport and the exact credit card you used for placing the order to collect the ticket before exiting gate at Airport Express Customer Service Centre at Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station.

Hi I have a similat query as well. Does that mean that I would just board the airport express at the airport without a ticket and only present them a ticket when I collect it at Kowloon station?
