To apply for scholarship in china online, we are asked to fill in a space for an agency number. Sir, is the agency number for the school or for the Chinese embassies in foreign countries?|Secondly,you have been able to assist other enquirers of other countries their Chinese embassy agency numbers except for Nigeria's. Why?
