About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Hi, i am graduate medical student and currently holding x visa with validity of 3 weeks , now i am planning to continue my stay in china , can any one help me what type of visa can i change to other than x , and secondly what will be the maximum validity for that type of visa .

If your further study in China will last longer than 6 months, you are required to apply for a new X visa. Otherwise, an F visa is enough. But still you need documents from your school where you are going to study. The duration will be connected with the length of your semester.
