Mr.joe, you could take subway, which is cheaper and easier. Check the following steps:
Firstly, take subway line 4 at Beijing South Railway Station.
Secondly, transfer to subway line 1 at Xidan station.
Thirdly, shift to subway line 10 at Guomao station, and get off at Liangmaqiao station.
Get out from Exit B(northeast) and walk east around 200 meters, you will find Israel Embassy on your left side at the first crossing, and Malaysia Embassy is close to Israel Embassy on the north side.
