I purchased two products from china via email. One was to be sent to Israel and the other to the USA. I was given two tracking numbers and told to wait until they cleared customs to get a response. I was told that it was sent on February 4. It is now March 2nd and I cannot get any response wherever I try to enter the numbers. Here are the numbers if anyone can help me. EE572938769CN, and EE572938865CN. Thank you.

Wait for some time more, I think your products was delayed during the posting because of the Chinese Spring festival. You may also contact the seller to hel you to check the status for you.
