Hi, I will be visiting shanghai in March, firstly what is the average temperature, where is the best shopping for handbags etc, also my partner would like to buy electric pushbikes where is the best and cheapest place to access them. As we are visiting by cruise ship and are limited for time what do you recommend as the best sight seeing attractions, we are there overnight.

Hi, it is a little bit cold in Shanghai in March and the average temperature is 9℃ in Mrach. I recommend you to visit the Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden, Bund and Nanjing road, there are many big shopping malls in Nanjing Road and maybe you can find the things you want there.
