Hi thereI will be visiting Chengdu in February 2011.Wonder how the weather will be? How cold it would be?Can you recommend any ideal place to go as very interested in Leshan Giant Buddha.How long from Chengdu to Leshan Giant Buddha and Mt.Er Mei? Only way there is bus and flight?

Hi, it is March now and the highest temperature is 16℃ in the daytime in Chengdu. You can go to Leshan and Mount Emei. It is about 170 kms from Chengdu to Leshan. You could take a bus or trian from Chengdu to Leshan and there is no flight of Chengdu/ Leshan.
