About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

We would also like to know if there is a money-change service
at the airport at dawn (about 1-2AM) at the HKIA.

There is money-change service machine at 6/F of T1 in the airport. It seems operate 24 hours. Well, if not,when arrive downtown area, you may find 24 hours money-change shop. Your hotel may also have this service. You can ask about it.
