I am a Chinese Studies undergraduaten in Ireland applying for my compulsary year in a Chinese uni. What Scholarships can I apply for? Some unis say that the CSC is only for Masters and PHD students. Is this true?

It is not true. Except government scholarship, universities also have some other kinds of scholarship. I think you can enquiry the univesity for details.
