Where to buy and take the bullet train tickets to Beijing at Tianjin railway station?

when i reach tianjin railway station,which level do i have to go to buy bullet train tickets and where to take the bullet train,thank very much,mr.jamie

Tianjin station building as three floor above the ground. Go to buy bullet taxi at the first floor and go upstairs to wait for the train.
