About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

I have been living in china for almost 1 year with residency work permit. I have been offered job with new employer. While away from the states, a criminal misdemeanor case brought against me, and a warrant issued for arrest. Can this affect me getting an updated residency work permit with my new employer?

Hi, Joe, have you got a new work permit, or had your old one renewed? if yes, it will be no problem. But if not, your new employer may need from you a police clearance when apply for you a new work permit.
