Hi, may i know is there any tax refund for tourists that shop in shopping centers of macau, zhuhai and hongkong?

Well, since all of stores of Macau and Hong Kong is duty free, there is no taxi refund when you leave. In mainland China, Zhuhai doesn't support tax refund.
