regarding my order for a LCD Tv from china:
The status shows DEPARTURE FROM OUTWARD OFFICE OF EXCHANGE GUANGZHOU 12 FEBRUARY 2011, destination country MAURITIUS. Almost 2 weeks now and no progress is noted. There are several weekly flights between Hongkong and Mauritius or Singapore-Mauritius.
May I know where lies the problem.
one of the replies of Mr Jamie on 23 Feb says that according to his experience RR refers to a lower parcel - what does this mean.
