About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Im a Filipino working in Singapore holding an S Pass. I work in a hotel reservations company. Last Dec. 2010, I won a gift certificate for complimentary stay for two nights for two people at one of the hotels we sell in China. Are we able to apply for China Tourist Visa here in Sinapore or do we have to go back to the Phillippines to apply? Thanks
