How can I get to Jinshanling Great Wall from Beijing and how long is it recommend to visit it?

First, you could go to Beijing Liuliqiao(六里桥) Long-distance Bus Station to take a bus to Chengde. Get off at Jinshanling Intersection and hire a van to Jinshanling. People usually stay half a day at the Wall but you'd better departure early that day, for I'm afraid you'll spend more time on the way than on the Wall.
