I assume yours is the Ramblers Hotel in Tsing Yi, and Madame Tassuads is located on the Peak on HK Island. You take a shuttle from you hotel to the Tsing Yi Mass Transit Railway (MTR)Station (less than 5 mins). Take the MTR and get off at Hong Kong terminal station. Then a short 5-min walk from the ground level of the Hong Kong station to the International Finance Centre where there is large bus terminal at its bottom. Look for Bus No. 15. Get off at the Peak (terminus). Madame Tassuad is inside Peak Tower, one of the two touristy buildings near the bus terminus.
