Hi， it is hard to see whether typhoon will happen or not in Hong Kong during that time. You'd better pay attention to the weather forecast of that time in Hong Kong. The weather is generally mild and pleasant at the end of Oct in Hong Kong. The usual temperature is about 24~26C at that time. Nice time to travel in Hong Kong anyway.
