Can I apply for resident visa in china? what are the requirements needed?

Can i apply for resident visa in china? what are the requirements needed?And how long it will take to get a visa?

Hi, Ms.Dhiane, residence (D) visa is very difficult to get nowadays, with very strict requirements, such as Residence Approval Certificate issued by the Chinese public security bureau and property certificate. Few can be issued with this type of visa.
