good day,

please suggest me, how to reach hangzhou from Fuzhou then hangzhou to suzhou?

What will be the fare by railway or plane ( more efficient )

You can take bullet train from Fuzhou to Hangzhou. It takes about 4.5 hours and costs about CNY265/221.
From Hangzhou to Suzhou, you can take the high speed train which only takes about 1h40m. It costs about CNY196/123.
