We are planning a trip to China in Sept/Oct this year.  Is there a bus service from Wuhan to Shanghai - how often and what distance/time to get there. Cost?

You can take bus from FUjiapo Long-distance bus station Wuhan to Shanghai. It departs at 18:50 and 20:30 . The bus fare is about CNY332. The bus journey takes about 15 hours. I advise you to take train from Wuhan to Shanghai.
