About:Hong Kong International Airport

I will be flying from Vancouver to Hong Kong, and then flying to Singapore (to board a cruise ship). I would like to bring Canadian smoked/dried salmon, syrup, and chocolates as gifts for family. Will I be able to bring theses gifts into Hong Kong? If there is a limit on the amount/size, can you please advise me of the limit?... If you are not able to advise me of the answer, can you please tell me of who I should ask (and of how to reach them?)... Thank you...
