From Ngong Ping 360, you could take metro upon back to Tung Chung. The metro could transfer you to Tsim Sha Tsui in 40 minutes. The fare is HKD15.5/adult.The Panda Hotel is located not far from the metro, by which you could go to Sheung Wan and take a ship to Macau. As for the Ocean Park, take the metro to Admiralty and tranfer to bus 629 to the park.
