About:China Postal Service

hello need your help, I have a tracking number RR860578518CN and appeared again the status "departure from transit office of exchange" could someone explain to me why the status did not appear "departure from outward office of exchange"? thank you for your help!!!

Maybe your parcel hasn't got to the step 'departure from outward office of exchange'.
