About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I am go to China by Princess cruise, they will stop at Tianjin, Dalian and disembark in Shanghai. I plan to stay in Shanghai for 5 days. What kind the entry visa require for this trip? (single or double).I know it is not possible to get multiple entry for first time in China.

You can call the tour operator of Prince cruise to enquire the number of entries, they should know the visa rule.

I think a single entry visa is enough for your trip if you only disembark in Shanghai, if you disembark at Tianjian and Dalian, then a multiple entry visa is required.
