About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Can I buy Shanghai Public Transportation Card at Pudong airport ? Can I use the card to use the Maglev and the subway
line 2, my hotel is near the people square. Can i also use it in a Taxi

Yes, you could purchase the card at the ticket center of Pudong Airport. The ticket windown will be opened from 09:00 to 19:00. The card could be used on Maglev, all the subway, buses; but excludes taxi at present.

I use the card in taxis subway and buses every week over the last two years. Not sure why mr Leo said you cannot use on taxis. Maybe it's a different card type?
