Hello,

I will be travelling in Vietnam and may want to go to Beijing, but I am not sure. so i do not want to spend the money to buy the china visa here because I may not use it.

Will it be possible for me to get the tourist visa to china in Hanoi? If yes, how long will it take and how much will it cost.
