If he have previous China visa on his passport, confirmed flight tickets and hotel booking vouchers, it is possible for Kenyan nationals to get a single entry visa with 14 days stay duration, if it is the first time for him to go to Mainland China, he can't get a visa in Hong Kong. In fact, Kenyans can get a visa from saudi Arabia if they stay there on Iqama (residence permit)
