About:

Hello, the next March I need travel from shanghai to Wuhu. I will arrive to Pudong airport.

How is the best way to travel to Wuhu.
May a take the transportation from the airport.

Upon arrival at Pudong, it is suggested that you take shuttle bus Line 5 to its terminal at Shanghai Railway Station. Here, you will also found Shanghai Long-distance Bus Station, which operates buses to Wuhu directly. The bus journey is about 5 hours.
