i'll be arriving in hkg by air canada next week,am staying at convention plaza apts

I'll be arriving in HKG by Air Canada next week, and am staying at Convention Plaza Apts on 1 Harbour Road (next to Convention Centre). If I get the round trip ticket of the Airport Express to HK station, where do I get the free shuttle service to the Convention Centre? And vice versa where do I wait for the free shuttle bus at Convention Centre when I return to Canada? Since I am not staying at any hotel, am I eligible to the free shuttle? Is this the best way to do this? and is there a charge for each luggage?Thanks and Cheers.

First of all, the free bus is for passengers who will take the Airport Express, not limited in the hotel guests.Upon arrival at Hong Kong station, there are clear signboards guiding you to the the free bus station. You will not miss it. You should take bus H1 which has a stop at Convention and Exhibition Center. For the return trip, just need to wait for the bus at the bus terminal outside the Convention and Exhibition Center.
