About:China Eastern Airlines

I have purchased tickets to travel from Bangkok to Los Angeles, CA departing the 25th of April and returning Oct, 10th from Los Angeles to Bangkok. May I confirm these flights by e-mail?

Yeah, normally, you could confirm your ticket via email. However, CA stands for Air China, not China Eastern Airlines. Thus, you are supposed to email to Air China and u can get the email address by visiting their official website. Or, you may just call their customer service hotline to confirm your ticket directly.
