Hello,I will be free in Beijing thursday, 24th of february. i plan to come to harbin for the ice festival for 2 days. i have two requests:Is the festival still going to be open? Or most of the exhibition is going to be close?Can you arrange me the transfer from Beijing to harbin or at least organize my tour, we will be two persons.Thank you so much for your answerChristopher

Some of the exhibition will be closed then, since I heard that the temperature there has risen. You may either take a train or a flight from Beijing to Harbin.
