Hello,I need to travel Hong Kong for Quebec immigration selection interview, as per request letter received from Bureau d'immigration du Québec à Hong Kong at 10th Floor, Tower 1, Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central Hong Kong. Could you please advise if I should apply in Dhaka or somewhere else. Also, if possible, how long it would take to process such visa, cause I need to be there on March 17th.Thank you for your assistance.
