Yes. I just checked the schedule of flight OS644 today and it is the same as what you mentioned above. Besides, from Budapest to Baku, there will be one connecting flight with transfer at Kiev on Monday. The flight schedule is: Budapest- Kiev, 08:40-11:25, VV204; Kiev- Baku, 13:05-17:55, VV421.
