I will be travelling to Hong Kong for sight-seeing for one week. Can I get a 30-day tourist visa for China in Hong Kong? What documents do I need?

If you have never been to China, it is impossible for you to get a 30 days tourist visa for China in Hong Kong. Now, it is not easy for citizens of many countries to get a China visa if they don't work/reside in Hong Kong or have previous entries to Mainland China.
