About:China Business Visa

Can you give a me a sample for "Confirmation letter of invitation" please, because before my supplier in China only send me invitation by email, if changed now how to change it? I asked my supplier in China too but they don't know how to write formally, thank you very much

Mrs.Nancy, Confirmation Letter of Invitation refers to the document issued by the Chinese government department' companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. For detailed information, please consult the foreign affairs office of the province, autonomous region or municipality under the Central government where your supplier is located.

The Foreign Affairs Office has the sample of "Confirmation Letter of Invitation", your supplier has to go to Foreign Affairs Office to get it for you
