About:Beijing Bicycle
How far is it from Beijing 4th Ring Road to downtown? Would biking from this distance be a realistic possibility?
My wife and I will be teaching English in Beijing from March to July of this year (2011). Are apartment in located near "4th Ring Road." How far from the downtown area is this? Will it be difficult to experience Beijing living this far away from the downtown area? Ideally we would like to bike. Would biking from this distance be a realistic possibility? From what I have gathered I assume it would be much too far.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
