About:Chinese Embassy in Luxembourg

I am a UK citizen and non-resident in Luxembourg. However I am on business here and am not planning to return to teh UK before my business trip to China at the end of the month. Can I obtain my vias at the China Embassy in Luxemboourg. I need any special documents other than (Form V.2011A)and (Form V.2011B)?

You can try to obtain your visa at China embassy in Luxembourg, but your application maybe denied because you don't have Luxembourg residence permit. Temporary visitors to Luxembourg should apply for a Chinese visa in their own country
