hi there, i bought something off ebay which is a prom dress for my daughter from shanghai,  since purchasing the dress, the seller tells me the workers have all left for spring festival?, the invoice says it should be here in the uk for april 10th but he says the factory is closed until april, can someone tell me if the factories are closed for this long in china as im worried it wont get here in time? :( x

The offical holiday of Chinese Spring festival is Feb.2-8. Al most all of the factories, shops and companies will start to work afete the Lanton festival on Feb. 17.
