About:China Consulate in Houston

We are wanting to travel through Beijing, China and connect to a flight to Vladivostok Russia-do we need any visa's to be in the airport to connect to another flight-we are American citizens. On our trip back we will be traveling with an adopted child from Russia-would he need any additional visa to travel into Beijing Airport with us and connect to another flight to the USA.

No visa is required if you will stay there for less than 24 hours without leaving the airport area.
