About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

Thank you for all your quick responses to my questions. Finally, I wanted to know if the Chinese Consulate requires that I have a Russian visa that is valid for more than 90 days when I apply for a Chinese tourist visa. Are there any specific regulations about this? Thank you.

there is no specific requirement for that, don't worry, just submit your application to Chinese embassy there.
