and how to get to Beijing Peace Hotel from Beijing South Railway Station? Thank you for your previous replyWe wish to catch the bullet train around mid day from Tanguu to Beijing South Railway station but we will be arriving by cruise ship.I note your train booking site only sends train tickets to hotels, how do we pick them up when arriving by ship?Could you please advise:- where to book the bullet train (I am in Australia)- how far the Beijing Peace Hotel is from Beijing South Railway Station and the best way to get there.Thank you Jan. 29,2011 21:41Ms.CRYSTALRING replied:You can book the bullet train ticket online through your website. No, I have booked the train tickets from them last time, the train tickets can be delivered to anywhere you requied not only to hotels.There are more than one peace hotel in Beijing, do you mean Oriental Peace Hotel or Novotel Peace Hotel Beijing?

Thank you for your reply - i mean the Novaltel Peace Hotel Fom what you are saying i can order the tickets online and they will be delivered to the ship on docking in China at Beijings Port. This is important as we wish to travel on the train on the same day and dont want to take the risk of not getting a seat

Hi Mr. Grimston, if you will arrive in Tianjin by ship, seems it is impossible for you to receive the train tickets from China. However, upon arrival at Tanggu, you could take a taxi to Tianjin Railway Station where you could purchase the train tickets on the spot and also arrive at Beijing South Railway Station. Your Beijing hotel is located on Wangfujing Street which could be reached from the railway station by taxi easily. For saving money and escaping taxi trap, you could take subway Line 4 from the railway station and transfer to Line 1 at Xidan station, finally get off at Wangfujing.
