can you just tell me whether I can travel by train to hongkong from shanghai on chinese visa and please inform me the important tourists and commercial stations located in betwen shanghai to hongkong as to enable to take break journey thanks

Yes, you can travel by train to Hong Kong from Shanghai on Chinese visa, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong for less than 14 days visit. But you can't break your journey because you have made departure procedures when you board the train in Shanghai.
