About:Marriage Registration in China

I heard you can get a Singles Certificate at the US Embassy in China. Can I get it there or do I need to get one back in my home country of America? Also, does it have to be translated into Chinese?

Yes, you can get a Single Certificate from US embassy in China, it needs to be translated into Chinese
