About:Hong Kong Weather

I will be visiting Hong Kong this February 7. All my clothes are packed but I don't know if these are ok. Most of the people said that Feb is a cold month and everyone should bring long sleeves clothes and jacket. Is it ok to wear shorts this month? Or skirts this month? Or dress an inch above the knee? I would like to know. I wouldn't want to be an outcast or look like a complete stranger there. Please help. Thanks.

Buy the way I booked at Traders Hotel. They said that it's too far from Disneyland and a ride to Macau and other tourist spots in Hong Kong. Do you think it will cost most of my time? Thanks.

In feb., you should wear long sleeves clothes and jacket, and prepare a thin sweater as well. Traders Hotel is about 10 minute's driving away from Central, it won't cost much time to Disneyland and HK-Macau ferry terminal to Macau.
