Our family of 4 plan to visit Shanghai & Hangzhou at the end of March, 2011. Is it a good time to go? We will be joining a tour but at the end of the tour, we would like to stay in the West Lake area of Hangzhou for a couple of nights. We would like suggestions of some clean hotels within walking distance to the Lake and other attractions, preferrably under $100 US.
