Do I have enough time for the tranfer within 1:10hr and do I need to collect luggage?

I arrive from Singapore on SQ800, 07:20am in T3. Need to transfer to Air China also at T3 to Ulaan Baator, mongolia departing at 08:30am on CA901. This is international to international transfer and about 1:10hr apart.
Questions:
1. Do I have enough time for transfer?
2. Do I need to collect luggage or it will be automatically transfered.
