About:China Student Visa

hi...
My husband has got a student visa to study in shangai... and i would like to join him in shanghai with my 6 months old baby. Can you please clarify:
1. Which visa i would get.
2. I have job oppurtunities in shanghai but the company asks for a visa/permit: how to convince them to get a job
Please help

If you want to work in China, you need documents from your future company in China for work visa application. Or you and your baby can just apply for tourist visas to enter China first. Then, get a job, your company will help you with work visa processing and residence permit as well.
