About:China Tourist Visa

I have dual citizenship but I only have one passport (USA). I need to complete the supplementary visa application form. What response should I put on the question about my stay in the Philippines?

Ms.Bautista, do you have Philippines documents? such as ID card, residence permit, etc to provide your legal status in the Philippines?
